What we’ll need from you
Your claim number, the name of the insurance company, and the adjuster’s name and phone number if you have them. If you don’t have all of that yet, call anyway. We’ll tell you what’s missing.
Rental cars
Most people can’t go a week without a car. Tell us when you call whether you’ll need a rental, and we’ll help get it lined up with your insurance so it’s ready when you drop yours off.
