Car won’t drive?

Get safe first
If anyone's hurt, call 911. If the cars can move, get out of traffic and turn your hazards on.

Take more photos than you think you need
Damage up close, both cars from every corner, the other car's license plate, and the scene around you.

Trade information
Name, phone, insurance company, and policy number. A photo of their insurance card saves you from writing it down wrong.

Start the claim
Call your insurance, or the other driver's if they were at fault. Write down the claim number. You'll be asked for it a lot.

Call us
Tell the insurance company you want it fixed at Rocky Mountain Collision. It's your choice, not theirs. We'll work with the adjuster from there.

Estimate
Call or stop by. We look the car over with you and write up what it needs. Estimates are free.

Insurance
We send the estimate to your adjuster and work out approval with them. If we find more damage once it's apart, we handle that with them too.

Repair
Body, frame, paint, glass, and alignment. We keep you posted while your car is here, so you aren’t left wondering.

Pickup
We call when it’s ready and walk you through what we did. If something we fixed isn’t right later, bring it back.
