What happens when you bring it in
We look the car over with you and write up everything we can see. That estimate goes to your insurance adjuster, or straight to you if you’re paying yourself.
Once the car is apart, we sometimes find damage that wasn’t visible from the outside, like a bent bracket behind the bumper or a cracked sensor mount. When that happens, we document it and send it to the adjuster for approval before we fix it. You won’t get surprised with a bill for work nobody approved.
Body, frame, and paint under one roof
Most of the work happens in our shop: pulling and straightening, replacing panels, and refinishing so the new parts match the rest of the car. If a repair needs a specialist, like exhaust work, we send it to a shop we trust and keep track of it for you.
Older cars, too
We keep up with newer cars and all the cameras and sensors built into them. We also know our way around older vehicles that a lot of shops don’t want to touch anymore.
